The Ameson Education and Culture Exchange Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that is committed to the promotion and implementation of educational exchanges in China and abroad. 

The Ameson Foundation maintains operations centers in Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing & Suzhou, plus a global headquarters in the United States and numerous operations centers worldwide.

Ameson's honorary Chairman is Dr. Boutros Boutros Ghali, the former Secretary General of the United Nations.

Apart from it's China offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou and Nanjing, the Ameson Foundation operates magnet American High School (+AP) programs in 12 elite Chinese high schools and maintains a network of 45 bases, also within Chinese public high schools. Overseas, Ameson maintains several operations centers in American and Europe. In the U.S. Ameson is also a member of a number of American academic organizations and a collaborator with several others.

Ameson Partners Ameson Scholastic Test (AST)
This China-grown proficiency test fuses input from both the Chinese Ministry of Education and world-leading universities. Founded in 2003, AST is now accepted by 14 elite western universities in lieu of conventional testing (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, etc) of Chinese candidates for overseas study.

This annual event brings 300 of China's finest bilingual together with world-leading admissions experts and elite American high school students to engage in a summer camp for social, cultural and education exchanges.

ACEIS helps world-leading international universities identify top Chinese high school students by seeking out the best and then verifying their credentials with a battery of testing and screening procedures. The end result is a powerful filter that is currently used by 14 of the world's highest-ranking higher learning institutions.

Ameson Scholarships China Elite Information Management Scheme (CEIMS)
This service screens Chinese student application documents (including graduate certificates/diplomas, transcripts, letters of recommendation, etc) and analyzes student achievements and awards.
Ever since its founding in 1994, education and culture exchanges between east and west has been the core of every mission the Ameson Foundation has undertaken:

SAYA Sino-American Youth Ambassadors (SAYA)
SAYA brings Ameson's exchange ideals together in a cross-culture immersion experience designed for exceptional youth: Chinese students visit the US for a week of immersion is an American high school program and a week of cultural activities. On the other side, American students attend AP summer school courses in China (in English) while also engaging in culture exchange activities.

Culture Exchange Culture Exchanges
Ameson disseminates Chinese culture by sponsoring culture days overseas and by bringing eminent speakers and talented youth together for social and cultural interaction. Meeting points for such interactions take place via education forums, immersion exchanges and cultural tours.

Academic Exchange Education Exchanges
In order to stimulate exchanges between China and world-leading education entities, the Ameson Foundation regularly sponsors training and development forums around the world. In China, a key focus is on teaching local educators about contemporary international methods, while overseas, the focus most often is on the exchange of education ideas as they relate to higher learning.
