Candy Wang is one employee who has seen Ameson grow. As a project officer for the Ameson Foundation, Candy played a crucial role in organizing this year’s SAYA, or Sino-American Youth Ambassador, program. Through helping develop the program and by recruiting students, she helped send 14 students and one teacher to the U.S. In February 2010 for the first-ever SAYA exchange.

Ever since he started working for Ameson in 2008, Jacky Zhang has helped the organization's ACEIS program grow. His dedication high school recruitment for ACEIS has helped increase the number of students involved with other Ameson Foundation programs and attending overseas universities. He feels lucky to work in an environment that allows and even encourages employees to express their thoughts freely. “Ameson is a young company with many young employees,” says Jacky. When Whitman Wang had a chance to join the Ameson Foundation, he jumped at the opportunity. Hired as the the head recruiter for foreign teachers in March 2009, Whitman was excited to be able to work with people from all over the world, learning about different cultures and helping China’s finest students achieve their dreams of studying abroad for their university degrees. Now, he’s the Director of HR for all the Ameson Institute of Foreign Languages schools.

The Ameson Foundation introduces a new way to connect elite Chinese students with world-leading universities. With use of Web-based video conferencing, students can participate in interviews with universities around the world saving energy, resources and money. Henry Han started with Ameson soon after graduating from Suzhou University. After three years working for Ameson he says he's still learning a lot from his job. “I have learned about the importance of communication and a good attitude from colleagues and bosses,” he says.
